Delivery, Currency & Export information
Currency: All prices quoted throughout this website are in UK pounds Sterling.
Currently, online sales of Watercooled boards are limited to delivery within the UK, excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.
We are currently offering FREE UK Delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly) on all Surfboards and Accessories.
Watercooled will normally try to despatch your order within 3 working days from receipt of payment, subject to availability, any problems or delays, we will contact you regarding your order. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next day. We will contact you via email once your order has been dispatched. All orders will require a signature on receipt.

All quoted delivery times are based on working weekdays i.e. Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Unfortunately were are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Returns and Cancellation Information
We endeavour to check each item before it is dispatched. In the unlikely event your product is faulty or there is an error – please contact info@watercooledsurf.com within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect the faulty item and replace it where possible.

Cancellation:
Return of non-faulty items is possible within 14 days of original receipt of order. Return delivery costs must be paid by the customer and the returns method shall be determined by Watercooled. If you wish to return a non-faulty but unwanted product, please contact us at info@watercooledsurf.com.
Exceptionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you and suggest an alternative where possible.
